Culture
We've got a great culture. It's hard to pin down exactly, but you'll realise where we're coming from the moment you walk through the door.
There's the obvious factor that we own the company and we're all shareholders. This is seriously motivational - it's logical to strive for our client's success, as we share in it too. 'All for one, one for all' and so forth. As an independent, we're very much in charge of our own destiny.
Ultimately, our people make us and retaining the best PR professionals around is no mean feat. If there's one thing we get on our high horse about, it's our benefits.
We've got five weeks holiday, two duvet days a year, an open bar in the chill out room, early knock-off on Friday and after two years you can take a sabbatical. And then there's the boring stuff - like travel insurance, health insurance and, of course, shares in the company.
Within the company, we all work in teams. Each headed up by a board director. Some teams specialise in certain areas, others are more generalist. People can switch from team to team if it helps their career development or they have a personal passion.
