We love the challenges that our clients face. Well-worn phrases like shareholder value, unlocking new markets, forging partnerships, corporate social responsibility and change management still get our pulses racing.
We know that there is no such thing as a 'typical' company, which is why we spend time putting organisations and sectors under the microscope so that the communications strategies and programmes that we recommend are right.
But we do offer some 'typical' services:
- Communications strategy planning: developing communication frameworks from first principles
- Media relations: targeted and tactical use of the media is central to our offer
- Crisis and issues management: working with our public affairs team to provide a fully rounded offer which deals with not only the media but also the full range of an organisation's stakeholder groups
- Media training: Full or half-day studio based sessions or bespoke refresher packages to help clients deal with the challenges journalists present
- Influencer strategies: seeing the whites of someone's eyes is often (but not always) the most effective way to get your point across. We plan speaker events, create networking opportunities or just make old-fashioned introductions where we can see real benefit to our clients
And if it's all getting too self-centred, we wheel in our consumer teams for a cross agency brain dump. Amazing how a new perspective accelerates our thinking.
